In the full year, per capita annual disposable income of all residents was RMB17,221, a year-on-year increase of 9.3%.

For permanent residence location, per capita annual disposable income of urban residents was RMB26,205, a year-on-year increase of 8.1%. Wherein, income from wage and salary was RMB15,242, up by 6.9%; net operating revenue was RMB3,054, up by 5.2%; net income from property was RMB2,169, up by 14.7%; and net income from transfer was RMB5,740, up by 10.9%. Per capita annual consumption expenditure was RMB19,277, up by 8.5%. Wherein, residence expenditure increased by 4.7%; the expenditure on daily necessities and services increased by 3.4%; and the transportation and communication expenditure increased by 11.3%. Engel’s coefficient for urban residents was 35.2%.

In the whole year, per capita annual disposable income of rural residents was RMB10,247 and increased by RMB900 or 9.6% over the previous year. Wherein, income from wage and salary was RMB3,463, up by 9.7%; net operating revenue was RMB4,197, up by 8.2%; net income from property was RMB224, up by 21.0%; and net income from transfer was RMB2,363, up by 11.0%. Per capita annual living expenditure of rural residents was RMB9,251, up by 11.4%. Wherein, residence expenditure increased by 12.7%; the expenditure on daily necessities and services increased by4.8%; the transportation and communication expenditure increased by 15.2%; and heath care expenditure increased by 16.0%. Engel’s coefficient for urban residents was 39.1%.

At the end of the year, there were 19.39 million people covered by the basic endowment insurance for urban workers, 30.204 million people covered by the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents, 26.557 million people covered by urban basic medical insurance, 6.522 million people covered by unemployment insurance (excluding land-lost peasants), 7.521 million people covered by employment injury insurance, and 6.703 million people covered by maternity insurance.

In the whole year, 1.571 million people were included in urban minimum living guarantee and 4.053 million people were included in rural minimum living guarantee. The urban and rural minimum living guarantee per capita subsidies were respectively increased by RMB20 and RMB15 on a year-on-year basis. All people qualified for the five guarantees were included in the five guarantees and totaled 495,000 persons, including 266,000 enjoying centralized five guarantees, a centralized guarantee ratio of 53.8%. There were 483,000 beds in service facilities for the aged. A total of 18,432 community service agencies were established, including 9,917 urban community service agencies. The sales of welfare lottery reached RMB8.35 billion and the directly accepted social donations were RMB200 million.
