The Economy of Pilot Counties (Cities) with Extended Power

In the whole year, 78 pilot counties (cities) with extended power achieved a regional GDP of RMB1,142.41 billion, a year-on-year increase of 8.7%, 0.8 percent points higher than average growth rate of provincial GDP. Wherein, the added value of the primary industry was RMB221.2 billion, up by 3.8%; the added value of the secondary industry was RMB606.73 billion, up by 9.5%; and the added value of the tertiary industry was RMB314.48 billion, up by 10.0%. The three-industry structure was adjusted from 19.9: 54.3: 25.8 of the previous year to 19.4: 53.1: 27.5. The added value of non-public sectors of the economy was RMB693.78 billion, up by 9.5%; and its proportion in GDP increased from 60.2% of the previous year to 60.7%, up by 0.5 percent points.

In the whole year, annual added value of all industries reached RMB524.49 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9.3%, 1.7 percent points higher than average growth rate of such provincial added value. The total investment in fixed assets was RMB1,003.5 billion, up by 13.8%; and total retail sales of consumer goods were RMB467.16 billion, up by 13.0%. In the whole year, per capita disposable income of urban residents was RMB24,680, up by 9.0%.; and per capita disposable income of rural residents was RMB11,133, up by 10.1%. At the end of the year, the balance of household deposits reached RMB1,029.53 billion, up by 14.3%.
