| 刘欣厅长会见韩国贸易协会成都代表处首席代表 Director-General of Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce Liu Xin Meets with the Chief Representative of Korea International Trade Association (KITA) Chengdu Center
5月8日，刘欣厅长在厅机关会见了韩国贸易协会成都代表处前任首席代表金宗焕先生和候任首席代表高范瑞先生一行，双方就进一步加强经贸合作事宜进行了友好深入交流。
On May 8, Director-General Liu Xin met the delegation led by the former Chief Representative of KITA Chengdu Center Kim Jong-Hwan and the designate Chief Representative Go Bum-Seo at Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and had a friendly and deep exchange on how to further strengthen economic and trade cooperation.
刘欣厅长表示，四川高度重视与韩国的经贸交流和合作，近年来，商务厅与韩国驻川机构在已签署的经贸合作机制下持续开展经贸促进活动，收到双方企业欢迎，取得很好成效。刘欣厅长介绍了四川省在国际货运通道建设方面取得的成果，特别介绍了四川在汽车制造、电子信息领域的突出优势，同时就加强中韩经贸合作提出了建设性意见。
Director-General Liu Xin said Sichuan attaches great importance to the economic and trade cooperation with Republic of Korea. The constant trade promotion activities held by Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and KITA Chengdu Center under the signed cooperation framework in recent years have been praised by both Chinese and Korean enterprises and have achieved good results. Director-General Liu Xin introduced the achievements of the construction of the international freight transportation network in Sichuan, as well as Sichuan’s superior advantages in automobile and electronic information industry. He also put forward some constructive suggestions on how to further strengthen economic and trade cooperation between both sides.
金宗焕首席代表对双方过往的合作成果表示赞赏，对刘欣厅长提出的建设性意见高度认同。他表示，下一步将一如既往地支持四川的发展，加强产业合作，进一步推动川韩经贸合作。
Chief Representative Kim Jong-Hwan highly praised the results of the cooperation between both side and spoke in favor of those suggestions. He said KITA will keep supporting the development of Sichuan, strengthen the industrial cooperation, and further promote the economic and trade cooperation between Sichuan and Republic of Korea.
