2018年，四川自贸试验区推出600余条支持政策，梳理形成“黄金政策48条”。中央赋予的159项改革任务实施率达到95%，形成350个实践案例和创新经验，“企业开办小时清单办结制”受到国务院督查表扬。累计新增企业5.3万家、注册资本7600亿元，外商投资企业628家，进出口947亿元。自贸试验区以不足全省1/4000的面积，引进全省近1/2的新设外资企业，贡献了近1/10的货物进出口和1/20的新增市场主体。

In 2018, the Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone launched more than 600 supporting policies,bringing about “48 golden policies”. 95% of the 159 reform tasks assigned by the central government have been implemented, creating 350 practical cases and innovative experiences. The “hour list system for enterprise start-up” was praised by the State Council. A total of 53,000 new enterprises with a registered capital of 760 billion yuan were added, 628 foreign-invested enterprises were established, and imports and exports amounted to 94.7 billion yuan. The Pilot Free Trade Zone has introduced nearly one-half of the newly established foreign-funded enterprises with an area of less than 1/4000 of the total of the province, contributing nearly one-tenth of the import and export volume and 1/20 of new market entities.
