10月8日，商务厅党组书记、厅长徐一心率队赴成都市高新西区调研重点外贸企业运行情况。
On October 8, Xu Yixin, Party Secretary and Director of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, inspected the operation of key foreign trade enterprises in West Park of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone.
调研组一行先后调研了鸿富锦电子（成都）有限公司、戴尔（成都）有限公司、东方电气集团国际合作有限公司，了解企业生产经营情况、四季度外贸订单情况、订单转移有关情况及绿色低碳产品出口情况，听取企业经营过程中遇到的困难问题和意见建议。调研组对企业统筹疫情防控和生产经营所做的努力表示肯定，鼓励企业坚定发展信心，开拓新兴市场，继续做强做大。
The inspection team visited Hongfujin Electronics (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., Dell (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. and Dongfang Electric Group International Cooperation Co., Ltd. successively to learn about the production and operation of enterprises, the foreign trade orders placed in the fourth quarter, order transfer and export of green and low-carbon products, and to listen to reports on difficulties encountered in business operation as well as suggestions. The inspection team spoke positively of the efforts made by enterprises to coordinate epidemic prevention and control and production and operation, and encouraged enterprises to strengthen their confidence in development, explore emerging markets and continue to seek strength and scale.
徐一心强调，商务系统外贸处室要按照省委、省政府“决战四季度、大干一百天”攻坚行动部署要求，抓实全省外贸运行调度、目标分解、政策激励、助企纾困等各项工作，推动落地一批增量项目，确保完成全年目标任务。要建立完善外贸协调机制，主动靠前为企业提供服务，尽全力研究解决企业发展中存在的市场流失、国际物流不畅、订单转移等问题。要做好外贸政策汇总梳理，用好用足中省外经贸资金。要推广运用线上展、“代参展”、商务包机“组团出海”等方式，帮助企业开拓国际市场。

He said that we should establish a sound foreign trade coordination mechanism, proactively provide services for enterprises, and make every effort to study and solve the problems of market loss, poor international logistics and order transfer in the development of enterprises. We should summarize and sort out foreign trade policies and make good use of foreign trade funds. We should promote the use of online exhibitions, "agency exhibitions", "going global" business charter flights and other ways to help enterprises explore the international market.
