7月11日，第二届中国川渝火锅产业大会暨中国（武都）花椒展示交易会在重庆召开，本次大会旨在推动川渝两地麻辣火锅及麻辣食品行业的深度融合与创新发展，协同融合成渝地区双城经济圈建设，助力乡村振兴。

On July 11, the 2nd China Sichuan &Chongqing Hot Pot Industry Convention and China (Wudu) Pepper Trade Fair were held in Chongqing. The purpose of this convention was to promote the in-depth integration and innovative development of spicy hot pot and spicy food industry in Sichuan and Chongqing, coordinate the building of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and boost rural revitalization.

四川省商务厅二级巡视员郑鹏斌受邀出席并讲话。郑鹏斌巡视员指出，在众多菜系中，火锅是餐饮市场中最大的品类，川渝火锅也最受消费者喜爱，是巴蜀地区靓丽的美食文化名片，而甘肃陇南武都作为全国最大的优质花椒种植基地，为川渝火锅的“麻”赋予了灵魂，本次大会必将有助于推动川渝火锅产业与陇南花椒产业深度融合。他强调，四川商务厅将继续加强与重庆市商务委的紧密合作，共同支持办好成都国际美食节、川渝火锅创新发展峰会等餐饮活动，共建富有巴蜀特色的国际消费目的地，为推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设贡献商务力量。

Inspector Zheng Pengbin pointed out that among all Chinese cuisines, hot pot is the largest category in the catering market. Sichuan and Chongqing hot pots are also the most popular among consumers as a beautiful food culture card of the Bashu area. As the largest high-quality pepper planting base in China, Wudu in Longnan, Gansu Province has given Sichuan and Chongqing hot pots their soul. This convention will definitely promote the in-depth integration between Sichuan and Chongqing hot pot and Longnan's pepper industry. He emphasized that the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce will continue to strengthen cooperation with Chongqing Municipal Department of Commerce, jointly support the Chengdu International Food Festival, the Sichuan-Chongqing Hot Pot Innovation and Development Summit and other catering activities, build an international consumption destination with Sichuan and Chongqing characteristics, and contribute business strength to the building of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

为促进川渝火锅行业的交流与合作，中国川渝火锅产业大会在川渝两地采用轮流举办模式，2021年在四川成都成功举办了首届，此次在重庆举办第二届，旨在打造标准化食材生产基地，实现产销精准对接。

To promote the exchanges and cooperation between Sichuan's and Chongqing's hot pot industries, the China Sichuan &Chongqing Hot Pot Industry Convention is held alternately in Sichuan and Chongqing. The first convention was successfully held in Chengdu, Sichuan in 2021, and the second one is held in Chongqing, with an aim to build a standardized food production base and achieve accurate alignment between production and marketing.
