日前，商务部等10部门联合发布全国第二批50个城市一刻钟便民生活圈试点地区名单，我省绵阳市和南充市双双入围。

一刻钟便民生活圈，是以服务半径在步行15分钟左右范围内，以社区居民为服务对象，以满足居民日常生活基本消费和品质消费等为目标，以多业态集聚形成的社区商圈。
A 15-minute convenience living circle is a community business circle with a service radius of about a 15-minute walk and multi-format agglomeration, which serves community residents and takes the goal of meeting basic consumption and quality consumption in residents' daily life.
2021年，商务部等部门联合启动一刻钟便民生活圈建设试点，成都入选首批30个试点地区。一年来，成都聚焦功能完善、品质提升和可持续发展，坚持公益性服务与市场化运作结合、商旅文融合营造服务场景、以多元共建推动共治共享，12个试点社区新增连锁便利店215个、综合超市33个、标准化菜市场10个，品牌连锁类店铺占社区商业网点比例达37%，带动社会投资1.8亿余元。区域居民生活便利度、舒适度不断提升，综合满意度超过90%。
In 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and other ministries jointly launched a 15-minute pilot project to build a convenient living circle. Chengdu was shortlisted as one of the first batch of 30 pilot areas. Over the past year, Chengdu has focused on improving functions, enhancing quality and seeking sustainable development. It worked towards the combination of charity services and market-oriented operation, integrated business, travel and culture into the creation of service scenarios, and promoted co-governance and sharing through diversified co-building. 12 pilot communities have seen 215 new convenience chain stores, 33 comprehensive supermarkets and 10 standardized vegetable markets, with brand chain stores accounting for 37% of community commercial outlets, driving social investment of over 180 million yuan. The living convenience and comfort of the region's residents have been continuously improved, and comprehensive satisfaction has exceeded 90%.
此次绵阳和南充成功入选，我省试点地区总数达到3个，在中西部地区位居前列。绵阳将以临园路时尚生活圈、高水影视文创休闲娱乐生活圈、沈家坝北街生活圈等为重点，建立市、区、街道、社区“四级”联创机制，探索便民生活圈建设的新路径、办法、措施。南充则将通过规划引领、配套提升等“八大行动”，在政策、制度、管理和模式创新等领域探索形成一批可复制可推广的经验。商务厅将加强对试点地区的工作指导，并将在适当时候探索开展省级试点，扩大便民生活圈覆盖服务范围，让更多社区居民受益。

The Department of Commerce will strengthen its guidance on the pilot areas and explore provincial pilot projects at an appropriate time to expand the coverage of convenience living circles to benefit more community residents.
