Recently, Sichuan Administration for Market Regulation and Chongqing Administration for Market Regulation signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on Deepening Sichuan-Chongqing Cooperation and Promoting Market Access in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, making it clear that the two sides will establish long-term and stable strategic cooperation relations in the field of commercial registration, further promote the investment and entrepreneurship by enterprises and people in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, improve the effectiveness of the business facilitation reform in both places, and continue to improve the business environment. The two sides will jointly establish a unified facilitated market access mechanism, build a market access service system featuring "same standard for one matter", and provide package services in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, so as to achieve "three unifications and two coordinations".

　　First, unification of real-name authentication and mutual recognition. Through sharing and mutual recognition of data information, Sichuan and Chongqing will unify the collection and authentication of real-name identity information of market players for market access. For applicants applying for online registration in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, only identity information collection and authentication will be needed for handling relevant procedures.

　　Second, unification of the word base of the independent name declaration industry. For the name registration of market players in both Sichuan and Chongqing, unified rules for name usage and word base for name expression will be adopted. Market players declaring names independently in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle will be subject to the same rules and standards, so as to realize same standards for the names of market players in the two places.

　　Third, unification of the termbase of business scope. A unified termbase will be established for the business scope registration of market players in the two places. Market players registering business scopes in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle will use same expression in same industry, so as to realize same standards for the expressions of business scopes in the two places.

　　The two sides will establish a cross-regional mechanism for coordinated query of registration files, and coordinately develop an intelligent query system for registration files in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, through which applicants will be able to inquire and print registration files within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle at home.
