In accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Import and Export of Goods, and the relevant rules, the total export quotas for industrial and agricultural products in 2017 are hereby announced.
The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “MOFCOM”) will accept applications for export quotas (excluding those distributed through tendering) from November 1 to 15, 2016.Qualified quota applicants may apply to competent departments of commerce of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities specifically designated in the state plan and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, or the MOFCOM in accordance with the relevant provisions.
Application conditions and procedures for export quotas for licorice and its products, rushes and their products, and other goods distributed through tendering will be announced separately.
