Established in 2011, Sichuan Zhandeng Clothing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is a professional garment manufacturer integrating design, R&D, production and sales. With an investment of RMB 120 million, it is located in Duofu Industrial Park, Nanchong Economic Development Zone. Currently the Company covers a floor area of 56 mu, and a construction area of 18,700 square meters. With the fixed assets of RMB 31,396,157.57 and the current assets of RMB 7,571,428, it is equipped with such infrastructure as a factory combined with six large-sized workshops and the commercial office building, three dormitories and dining halls, a leisure square, as well as a supermarket and sports area for staff.
With more than 600 employees, the Company owns 24 garment assembly lines with domestically advanced technology. The lines can continuously increase to 32, and the number of employees will reach 1,200. There are over 1,000 modern sewing machines (sets) in the workshops. Drove by the needs of a modern clothing market, the Company has set up a professional team composed of technical elites in management. Specializing in and focusing on the production of products satisfying the market demands all year round, it has cooperated with numerous well-known brands at home and abroad, to produce products, such as woven fabrics including down jackets, cotton-padded clothes, jackets, chiffon clothes, shirts, trousers, and working clothes; and knitwear, including zip-up coats, sweat suits, leisure suits and business suits. Currently, the Company has transformed the single production from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) into the model of Free on Board (FOB). Three brands—“Zhandeng”, “Yikou” and “Sidiya” developed by the Company have been formally approved by the related government departments.
