

11月30日上午,在2022“味美四川”川派餐饮汇系列活动启动仪式上,四川省商务厅与世界中餐业联合会签署战略合作协议。双方将在推动川菜走出去、培育产业体系、打造品牌活动、加强人才培养、助力行业标准化体系建设、加强川菜文化国际传播等领域,持续加强合作。
On the morning of November 30, Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce signed a strategic cooperation agreement with World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry at the launching ceremony of the 2022 "Delicious Sichuan Food" Sichuan Cuisine Activities. The two sides will continue to strengthen cooperation in promoting Sichuan cuisine overseas, cultivating the industrial system, building brand activities, strengthening personnel training, helping with the building of an industry standardization system, and stepping up the international dissemination of Sichuan cuisine culture.

邢颖表示,这是双方贯彻落实二十大精神的重要举措,充分体现了商务厅对四川省餐饮业未来高质量发展的战略思考和统筹规划,是政府主管部门和行业社团组织紧密结合,携手促进发展的具体表现,也是行业协会为政府提供专业服务的重要途径。下步双方将把合作协议的内容进一步细化,并纳入世界中餐业联合会2023年的工作计划,抓实做细,务求实效。
Xing Ying said that this is an important measure for both sides to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It fully embodies the strategic thinking and overall planning of the Department of Commerce for the future high-quality development of the catering industry in Sichuan Province and is a concrete manifestation of the close integration between government departments and industry organizations to promote development hand in hand, as well as an important way for industry associations to provide professional services for the government. Next, the two sides will dive deep into the content of the cooperation agreement and incorporate it into the work plan of the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry in 2023.

自2018年开始,由四川省商务厅指导,世界中餐业联合会主办的“世界川菜大会”活动已在成都市双流区、资阳市、眉山市、成都市郫都区、雅安市连续成功举办5届。大会唱响“让世界爱上川菜”主旋律,立足全球发展视角,聚集国际产业联动,搭建起川菜与世界特色餐饮文化集聚交融的国际化平台,促进川菜产业链和生态圈发展,推动川菜企业、绿色产品、文化技艺整体输出,激发川菜企业提质增效发展活力,助力区域经济回温,丰富川派餐饮内涵,打造餐饮经济新的增长极。
Since 2018, the "World Sichuan Cuisine Conference", initiated by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and sponsored by the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry, has been successfully held for five consecutive times in Shuangliu District, Ziyang City, Meishan City, and Pidu District of Chengdu and Ya'an City. The conference, with "Let the World Fall in Love with Sichuan Cuisine" as its theme, aims at global development and gathers global industries to build an international platform for the gathering and blending of Sichuan cuisine and catering culture with world characteristics. Besides, it can promote the development of the Sichuan cuisine industry chain and ecosystem, drive the overall output of Sichuan cuisine enterprises, green products, and cultural skills, stimulate the vitality of Sichuan cuisine enterprises to improve quality and efficiency, help with the recovery of the regional economy, and enrich catering economy.
此次战略合作协议的达成,把双方的合作提升到一个新的高度,必将在新征程上为“川菜出川、出国、全球化”谱写出新的篇章。
