On the morning of April 20, China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Guang'an Pilot Zone for Collaborative Reform was officially unveiled. Zhang Tong, Secretary of the CPC Guang'an Municipal Committee, and Chen Youqing, member of the Leading Party Members Group of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and full-time Deputy Director of the Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone Office, attended the ceremony and jointly unveiled Guang'an Pilot Zone for Collaborative Reform.
按照省政府印发的《中国（四川）自由贸易试验区广安协同改革先行区建设总体方案》，先行区实施范围264.7平方公里，共4个片区5个区块，涵盖川渝高竹新区邻水装备制造产业园片区、广安经济技术开发区片区、华蓥电子信息产业园片区、广安前锋轻工产业园片区。
According to the "Overall Plan for the Construction of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Guang'an Pilot Zone for Collaborative Reform" issued by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, the pilot zone will cover an implementation area of 264.7 square kilometers, with four districts and five blocks. It will include the Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New District Linshui Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, Guang'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huaying Electronic Information Industrial Park, and Guang'an Qianfeng Light Industry Industrial Park.
先行区紧扣打造川渝合作示范区战略定位，全力推进同城化一体化，全面进入成渝双核引领带动的大格局，全域全程全力融入重庆都市圈，着力建设川渝产业合作基地、连接川东渝北的重要交通枢纽、生态环境共建共治样板区、区域合作体制机制创新试验区。
Strategically positioned as a demonstration zone of Sichuan-Chongqing cooperation, the pilot zone makes every effort to promote urban integration, enters the pattern led by the two cores of Chengdu and Chongqing, fully integrates itself into the Chongqing area, and strives to build a base for Sichuan-Chongqing industrial cooperation, an important transportation hub connecting eastern Sichuan and northern Chongqing, a model area for co-construction and governance of the ecological environment, and a pilot area for innovation of the regional cooperation system and mechanism.
