10月13日上午，为学习践行“四千”精神，加强川浙合作，学习借鉴浙江在川外贸企业发展经验，了解掌握企业问题诉求，帮助企业纾难解困，商务厅、省工商联联合组织召开浙江在川外贸企业座谈会，徐一心厅长、唐燕主席出席会议并讲话。

On the morning of October 13, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce co-held a symposium for Zhejiang’s foreign trade enterprises in Sichuan. The symposium was held for participating enterprises to learn and practice the entrepreneurial spirit of Zhejiang business people, intensify Sichuan-Zhejiang cooperation, learn from Zhejiang foreign trade enterprises’ development experience in Sichuan, know about these enterprises’ problems and needs, and help them alleviate difficulties and solve problems. Department Director Xu Yixin and President Tang Yan attended the symposium and delivered speeches.

四川省浙江商会和阿里巴巴、吉利、圆通、聚升实业、巨石集团、义乌皕汇等19家浙江在川外贸企业参加会议并分享在川发展经验，对四川外贸工作提出建议。企业纷纷表示，感谢四川为浙江企业提供的服务保障，四川对外开放竞争力越来越强，开放型经济体量越来越大，近期出台了许多“真金白银”的政策支持外贸发展，这些都将为浙江在川外贸企业来川发展提供更多机遇，持续看好四川外贸发展前景。

Sichuan Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, as well as 19 Zhejiang-based foreign trade enterprises in Sichuan, such as Alibaba Group, Geely, YTO Express, GatherUP, China Jushi Co., Ltd., and Yiwu Bihui Trading Co., Ltd., participated in the symposium, shared their development experience in Sichuan, and gave suggestions to Sichuan’s foreign trade work. Most of these enterprises were grateful to Sichuan’s authorities for their services. Sichuan has been more competitive in opening its door to the world and has accumulated bigger and bigger volumes in the open economy. Recently, Sichuan has introduced many workable and favorable policies to support the development of foreign trade. All these have created more opportunities for Zhejiang’s foreign trade enterprises to develop soundly in Sichuan, and they are all optimistic about the prospects here.

会议介绍了全省外贸发展情况，宣讲了近期出台的进口专项支持政策。商务厅和省工商联将继续精准、高效做好企业服务和政策保障，帮助企业排忧解难。

The symposium introduced the development of Sichuan’s foreign trade and publicized the special import support policies introduced recently. The Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce will continue to provide accurate and efficient enterprise services and policy guarantees to help enterprises solve problems.
