7月31日，四川省商务厅召开厅党组（扩大）会议传达学习习近平总书记来川视察重要指示精神，对全省商务系统学习宣传贯彻工作进行研究部署。
On July 31, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce held a party leading group (enlarged) meeting specifically to convey the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions during his visit to Sichuan, where it made arrangements for all commerce departments and organizations of Sichuan to learn, disseminate, and implement the spirit.
学习贯彻习近平总书记来川视察重要指示精神，要落实到具体行动中、体现在发展实效上。会议透露，下一步将结合我省商务工作，重点在三个方面着力：
We should learn and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions during his visit to Sichuan, put it into concrete action, and reflect it in development results. The meeting revealed that the next step would focus on three aspects in combination with Sichuan’s commerce work:
一是围绕推动高质量发展，精准把握与高质量发展要求不相适应的短板弱项加以改进提升，推动商务主要经济指标稳定增长，巩固和提升在全国位次。
First, regarding promoting high-quality development, we should accurately identify shortcomings and weaknesses against the high-quality development’s requirements and improve them, promote the steady growth of main economic indicators in the commerce sector, and consolidate and enhance Sichuan’s rankings in China.
二是围绕建设现代化产业体系，深入实施服务业赋能融合计划，推动现代服务业与先进制造业、现代农业深度融合，加快发展生产性服务业和生活性服务业，深化县域商业体系建设，着力建设优质高效的现代服务业体系。
Second, regarding building a modern industrial system, we should thoroughly implement the service industry empowerment and integration plan, promote the in-depth integration of the modern service industry with advanced manufacturing and modern agriculture, accelerate the development of production and life service industries, deepen the construction of county-level business systems, and focus on building a high-quality and efficient modern service industry system.
三是围绕推动四川构筑向西开放战略高地和参与国际竞争新基地的重要要求，加快打造第三亚欧大陆桥国际贸易枢纽，深入实施“千户重点外贸企业培育计划”，大力推行“川行天下”国际市场拓展活动和扩大进口专项行动，加快引育一批贸易结算、国际供应链总部等高能级平台主体等，不断提高开放型经济水平。
Third, regarding the critical requirements of promoting Sichuan to build a strategic hub for opening up westward and a new base for participating in international competition, we should accelerate the building of the third Eurasian Land Bridge international trade hub, implement the “1,000 Key Foreign Trade Enterprise Cultivation Program”, vigorously carry out the “Sichuan Going Global” international market expansion campaign and special project to expand imports, speed up the development of several high-level platforms for trade settlement and international supply chain headquarters., so as to continuously improve the open economy.
