The Sichuan Provincial Department of
Commerce has announced that in order to help enterprises solve their
difficulties and serve their healthy development, it has compiled and
issued the 32 Favorable Policies for Foreign Trade Enterprises in Sichuan
on the basis of a series of policies and measures at the central and
provincial levels that benefit foreign trade enterprises. The policies
involve five aspects of export tax rebate, customs clearance
facilitation, facilitation of foreign exchange receipts and payments,
credit insurance support, and business support.
In terms of export tax rebate, in
principle, export enterprises can apply for export tax rebate
declaration and other matters after submitting electronic data for
declaration through online channels, without submitting paper materials.
As for customs clearance facilitation, applications for inspection
approval of qualified COVID-19 vaccines and testing reagents will be
processed immediately under the premise of controllable risks. Regarding
facilitation of foreign exchange receipts and payments, domestic
individuals engaged in cross-border e-commerce can handle the
cross-border e-commerce foreign exchange settlement through their
personal foreign exchange accounts. For domestic individuals handling
cross-border e-commerce foreign exchange settlement and sales, if they
provide proof materials of transaction amount or electronic transaction
information, the individual's annual facilitation quota will not be
used. As to credit insurance support, differentiated fee reductions will
be carried out for small and micro enterprises with non-high indemnity,
national-level "specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative"
enterprises, and single-item champion manufacturing enterprises when
they sign new insurance contracts or renew contracts, so as to reduce
the cost of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises. In the aspect
of business support, enterprises are supported to participate in
well-known international exhibitions such as the China International
Import Expo and the China Import and Export Fair, and subsidies are
available to offset enterprises' booth fees and personnel costs. |
